April Fools' Day

Happy April Fools' Day from Acorn Stairlifts. Also called 'All Fools' Day,' this day has been celebrated by many different cultures for centuries. While it's true origins remain a mystery, it was in the year 1700 in England, that jokesters began the popular tradition of playing practical jokes on each on April Fools' Day.

Today, there is no limit to the extremes some people will go to, to pull off an elaborate April Fools' Day Hoax. As a company who's primary concern is the safety of our customers, we hope that you have a safe and happy April Fools' Day and don't fall for any of the pranks that might come your way. Speaking of falls, did you know that Acorn Stairlifts helped nearly 20,000 Americans in the last year alone, to avoid a dangerous fall on their stairs, by installing an Acorn Stairlift in their homes.

If you or a loved one struggles on the stairs, don't wait until it's too late. There's nothing funny about falling or injuring yourself on the stairs. Even on April Fools' Day.
