The heart of the stair lift, the engine and gearbox assembly is covered by a lifetime warranty. Plus, if any component should fail, due to faulty manufacture, during the first year of ownership, Acorn will replace it free of charge. After that, we can supply you with spares at very competitive rates. One point to remember though... the Acorn Superglide is a very, very reliable piece of equipment, engineered to the highest standards. We have more than 100,000 customers worldwide and problems are extremely rare.
