
Walking Can Ease Arthritis
According to the NCOA, 1 in almost 10 adults in the U.S. have osteoarthritis. Recently, the Arthritis Foundation has rolled out a six-week program called Walk With Ease that teaches you how to make exercising a part of your daily life.
